AI has made it possible to scale mentorship in a way that was not possible before. A single expert can now serve hundreds of learners — with AI handling the repetitive, the administrative, the analytical.
What AI cannot do is replace the human judgment, the lived experience, the relational trust that makes great mentorship work. ZanShin is built at exactly that intersection.
The Name
残心
Zanshin (残心) — the remaining mind. Continuous awareness after action. We named the platform after this concept because it reflects exactly what we are building: not one-time tools, but ongoing systems of readiness.
Who We Are
ZanShin was founded by Umesh M P and Puneeth K, alongside a small team of engineers, designers, and domain experts — and a growing group of passionate volunteers who contribute their time and expertise without formal credit. We believe that talent is built, not discovered — and that the right system makes all the difference. In a world of growing distraction and mechanical routine, we're committed to working consciously and using AI to enhance human performance, not replace it.
